Expansion of the Bakery Innovation Center (BIC)

Today was confirmed that the Bakery Innovation Center (BIC) expands its offer: It now enables testing of ingredient handling solutions for a broad range of foodstuffs - from chocolate and snacks to breakfast cereals and pasta.
The BIC combines all the "Bühler knowledge" acquired from decades of experience in the fields of grain handling and grinding technology. It offers a specific range of courses intended for specialists and provides a condensed overview of the complex world of baked goods production in the field of strategic management.
"The Bakery Innovation Center combined with our food processing solutions is the perfect environment for our customers to do product testing or train their employees," said Martin Ellegast, Managing Director Bakery & Ingredient Handling, in his Big Bang announcement.
