The NOVA™ S ball mill is the preferred solution for finegrinding of various masses like compounds, spreads, creams for filling and coating, nut pastes and different other fat based masses. The unique grinding chamber allows one-step-grinding to final fineness of below 20 µm at lowest product temperature.
The unique, small grinding chamber with pins on the rotor and stator allows energy-efficient grinding with 20 to 30% less energy consumption. This leads to annual savings of € 10,000 to € 45,000.
The integrated piston in the lower part of the grinding chamber and the system NOVA Power Control (NPC) automatically regulate the ball-point in the machine. This results in a consistently high product quality, independent of the ball wear and raw product fluctuations.
Thanks to the small grinding chamber volume (4 to 6 times smaller than other ball mills) cleaning and product change are very fast. Less product is wasted and less time needed for product change. This allows the production of several products with a single machine.

This leads to a grinding with optimum particle size distribution (less unwanted very fine particles) and a smaller installation area.
