Integrated technology using robotics is paving the way for innovative design to link up with manufacturing processes: lines free of chains and their lubricants, fewer components, and fewer stations – coupled with a more hygienic design, more flexible processes, and multi-use stations. ChocoBoticTM turns this vision into reality.
ChocoBoticTM reinvents the traditional moulding line where process steps are placed in a row and get connected by chains. Two robots free the line from chains and enable to rearrange easily process steps. Therefore, it is also possible to adjust each single process time independently like the cooling.
The cleaning of moulding lines is one of the biggest needs for manufactures and its importance grows for example for allergen free productions. Based on the new line concept and design, it becomes easier to clean the system. The heart of the cooler is free from moving parts and removable for cleaning.
The footprint of ChocoboticTM is just 25 m². It is ideal solution to complete big productions or to take it for the first industrial steps.
ChocoBoticTM is designed in a modular design. It is easy possible to start for example with a solid bar concept and add later modules like the CoolCore to produce also filled articles.
